| How safe our goods by Asgard ? | |

transports, handling and warehousing services Asgard provides are secured
by Forwarder's Responsiblity Insurance which is limited upto 1 million Usd. In case of a possible damage F.R.I. covers approximately 10 € x Kg of the total loss. Thus, it is strictly advised to make a separate cargo insurance to our customers. |
| Can I have an express service for deliveries in case of emergency ? | |

| How can I book a space for export or import from your side ? | |
| All
pre-bookings can be made in advance either by phone, fax or e-mail without detailed data but expected volume or rounded quantity of packages. For export, untill the departure day, the certain booking order has to be sent to Asgard by fax. Booking order is the legal notice which describes the ID of your cargo. No matter if the cargo is at Asgard terminal; if order was not given by fax loading cannot be made untill it comes.You may download a blank Asgard booking order form here. |

Transport was established through the transport experiences between Turkey and Scandinavia; Nordic Countries. In Scandinavian Mythology, Asgard, is the place of gathering for whole nordic gods. The highest and place in heaven called Valhalla. The founders of the company set this name to represent the speciality of Nordic countries in our business besides of all the routes we serve on. |

Greece and Turkiye , all deliveries are till door unless otherwise stated. Greece and Turkiye are ordinarily customs delivery. Asgard also provides door delivery rates for the following zones in Greece : Zone A - Aspropirgos,
